The Yoga Mat offer regular low cost yoga classes in Inverness, with the first session free, one to ones and group classes on Saturdays

Highland Yoga Collective - a yoga studio & social enterprise based in Nairn.
Recently they launch their social prescribing, a service in which you can self refer or be referred by a health practitioner to receive 8 weeks of classes and a 1:1 consultation with one of our professional teachers.

Prevent Suicide Highland App
This easy to use app helps you safety plan should you ever find your self in distress, feeling hopeless or suicidal in the future.

The app is available on Google Play for Android devices and the Apple App Store for iPhone and iPad.

NHS 24 Mental Health Hub - available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on 111.

You can contact NHS 24 if you’re feeling distressed, in a state of despair, suicidal, in need of emotional support
